What this website is

This website provides general information about our services. Nothing on it is:

• regulated financial advice, or a personal recommendation for your situation;
• an offer of credit, or an approval of any application;
• a quote, or a commitment by us or by any lender to lend on any particular terms.

Any interest rate, term, fee or repayment shown is indicative only. The rate and terms actually available to you depend on your circumstances, the asset, and the lender's assessment and criteria. All lending is subject to lender approval, lending criteria, terms, conditions, fees and charges.

We give regulated financial advice only after you have engaged us, we have given you our Scope of Service disclosure, and we have assessed your circumstances.

Loan calculator

• It produces estimates based only on the figures you enter, and on assumptions about interest rate, fees and repayment frequency that may not apply to you.
• It does not take account of your income, expenses, credit history, the asset, or any lender's criteria.
• Actual repayments, fees and total cost will differ, and may be significantly higher.
• You should not make a financial decision on the basis of a calculator result. Contact us for figures specific to your situation.

Applying through this website

When you submit an enquiry or application through this website you agree that:

• the information you give us is true, accurate and complete, and you will tell us promptly if it changes;
• you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a credit contract;
• where you provide information about another person — such as a co-borrower, guarantor or referee — you are authorised to do so and have told them we will hold their information;
• submitting an application does not oblige us to act for you, and does not oblige any lender to approve it.

We handle information you give us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act Consent Form you sign.

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is. Rates, product details, vehicle prices, availability and lender criteria change frequently and may change without notice. Information is provided on an "as is" basis.

Where we show a representative example, it is an example only and is based on the assumptions stated with it.

The content of this website — including text, graphics, layout, logos and the Dynamic Finance name — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. Third-party trade marks

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, logos and other trade marks referred to on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to describe the vehicles and assets we can arrange finance for.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised by any vehicle manufacturer, distributor or dealer. We are an independent finance broker. Where a page refers to finance for a particular make of vehicle, it means finance we can arrange for a vehicle of that make — not finance provided or approved by that manufacturer.

Our regulatory status

Dynamic Finance Limited (FSP1008126), trading as Dynamic Finance, holds a Class 2 Financial Advice Provider Licence issued by the Financial Markets Authority to provide financial advice. Our Scope of Service, fees, conflicts of interest and complaints information are available on request and are provided to every client before we give advice.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at enquiries@dynamicfinance.co.nz or on 0800 600 522. Our internal complaints process is free. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to our approved external dispute resolution scheme, [FSCL — Financial Services Complaints Limited, 0800 347 257, fscl.org.nz], at no cost to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information, and forms part of these terms.

General

• These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
• Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
